This morning my son and I went to Pearl Harbor gym to work out. I feel really good, however I am feeling tired. I guess I need to give my body 2 weeks to get used to it. I used the cardio treadclimber, bicycle and squats. I feel really good about myself.
I wish I start my life style changes earlier. Anyway, better late than never.
