Today is day 4 of starting over. The past 3 days I have done great on exercise and food. Today I woke up and did not feel my best, so I skipped the workout and went back to bed. Normally I would push though and work out and then as a result I would over eat. Today I got extra rest and I feel great. As a matter of fact, this week my internal feelings have been very upbeat like they were last year when I was succeeding in my weight loss. I think that is why I chose to sleep in, because I want to keep this upbeat feeling and not let exhaustion win. Lets see if this is the right course for me. But I will be back at the gym tomorrow.
