Well, I made it through another birthday, relatively unharmed. I ate too much, the cake was excellent! My sister surprised me with a visit and a cake from Pa-Dee-Cakes, a bakery by her house(double delicious food). I had a piece of cake yesterday, and that was all I ate for the day. I slept. All the stress, that I created for myself, finally reset and I restarted myself. I am now ready to go ahead and diet my way to a thinner me! I did have a small piece of cake for breakfast, now the cake is GONE. Good riddance! The next thing I have to worry about is my husband's birthday, in november. That I can handle. I can handle anything now!!!
