Have lost 10 lbs and 7 inches since I began Atkins on Aug 9, 2011!

I'd love to lose more weight quickly, but seeing the inches add up is a great motivator. I'll keep doing this.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 August 2011:
1555 kcal Fat: 113.50g | Prot: 93.69g | Carb: 39.03g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, Stevia, butter, egg. Lunch: atkins cafe mocha shake, mozzarella, boar's head deluxe ham, ranch dressing. Dinner: coconut oil, cream cheese, baking powder, egg, ground beef. Snacks/Other: flaxseed meal, basil, crushed tomatoes, romaine lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), cherry tomatoes. more...
