Didn't make it to the gym yesterday... I was literally falling asleep on myself. So I decided to take the "get to bed" challenge. It's too late to join, but I want to enforce it upon my self. I am really good at "finding things to do" just before I go to bed, then getting stuck on it for hours at a time. Tonight is a prime example... just came on to enter my food and I'm still here an hour later.

Positive: kept food low yesterday, went to bed on time.
To work on: went over on food today because of breakfast and going out to eat, have not worked out yesterday or today, did not get to bed on time today.
