I've been following my calorie cut very well this week. Not sure if this weight loss is accurate though. 6lbs in 5 days? I used the same scale, in the same clothes. It'd be nice if this rate lasted until I reached my goal weight. Wishful thinking!

Probably a lot of water weight, but that's okay. You are off to a great start. You might have some nice losses over the next couple weeks before you settle in to more reasonable weight loss (a pound or two a week). So keep going!
