Have not been on here for a while. Had some bad anxiety and stress and decided weight was not what I needed to focus on. I am no longer weighing myself but I am eating well. This am I woke up at 5 and worked out for 30 minutes. It has been at least a year since I did that last. Going to try to keep this up and make it a routine. My new years resolution will be Healthy. I choose a word.
