Weight loss has slowed down, but I must be losing fat because I feel like I'm getting smaller. Not bad, though. 17.5 pounds in 5 weeks. 2.5 more to reach 20. I'm ahead of last year. Didn't start til Oct 4th and reached 140 by Christmas. Will probably be easier when it gets nasty out and I devote myself to my recumbent bike every day.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
