Holding steady with my weight which I am glad, although I actually have another 25 lbs to get to my goal weight I like the small goals. The last 3 weeks was about my body getting used to this new weight, My challenge now is vacation in palm springs/ Goal-keep active....keep tracking .....dont over indulge .....enjoy some sun Trying pickle ball for the first time. When i get back ,time to get on to another phase to reach my ultimate goal by my birthday March ! but small goals.....under 200 by jamuary !st Happy Thanksgiving to my american Friends!
