Garlic butter chicken breast and cooked spinach, it’s what’s for dinner…the spinach took me a bit over in the carbs, but at least, they’re good carbs…

Spinach is one of the few vegetables that I like… it was very filling too! I was surprised lol!

Love my spinach, I wish I liked kale. Lol I e read you can make chips from it, maybe I’ll try
