Just another option, but you can probably get a prescription for tirzepatide. I know someone that was a bit smaller that did, and lost a bunch in 4 weeks. Just a thought!

@StarkMadly asking you what tirzepatide iS would be rhetorical. The better question is, "Are you serious?" 🙄

Of course I'm serious. Ozempic and Mounjaro have been helping people all over the country, whether it be 200 pounds or 30 pounds, and can be prescribed by a physician. It is an option, that's all I'm providing. My apologies if it seemed offensive. Not my intent.

@StarkMadly sorry if I overreacted. Would like to tell me about your own experience with tirzepatide. I've managed to drop a few pounds myself without having to resort to magic pills (shots, whatever).

I find it irresponsible for people to recommend prescription weight loss drugs to someone who’s already lost half of their previous bodyweight. @philrmcknight has obviously already made the healthy changes to continue to lose weight without pharmaceuticals. Whether he loses 30 lbs by his birthday or not, he’s on the proper path because he changed his lifestyle for the better. I’m proud of you Phil. You’ve been absolutely killing it! Stay the course and don’t be too bummed if you don’t hit the exact number you’re hoping for by your birthday. Weight loss, like life, is about the journey. Continue to enjoy it. You should be proud of yourself. Keep owning life man!

Well, losing 30lbs in 3 months is possible. However, it could be unhealthy like others have said. That would depend on your stats. If you have high bodyfat, it shouldn't be an issue as long as you get your protein and do your strength training.

@philmcknight, your doing awesome and doing it without medicine, shots, surgery even if you don't make your goals keep going you inspire me to do better myself...also for the ones talking about the ozempic and mounjaro shots. Yes they do help ppl but it is not a magic shot you still must continue to eat healthier than you were eating and controlling how much you eat. now it doesn't make you feel as hungry that's true, but just like i did I was 374lb and started ozempic and kept eating high carbs and calories and alot of not a healthy diet and drank 3-4bottle mt dew a day. I took it for a year and only lost 21lbs that took me to 353.8 lb then in June of last year I Decided to quit drinking pop or soda whichever you call it,and started thus fs app now in 8mo I'm down 62lbs and doing alot better still on the shot bit as I said it's just a tool to use and you've already mastered half your body weight naturally on your own imo keep on doing your thing it will continue to go down 👇...

@philrmcknight No worries. I personally haven't used it, butnknown2 that have. One young lady was 100 lb overweight and lost 40 in 6 months and changed very little. The other just had a tough time getting the last 20 pounds off. Diet, exercise, all of it was just grabbing on. 3 months of Tirzepatide and she was down 15 pounds. All I'm saying is that there are options to help you that last mile. I wish you the best!
