Shrinking Sonya's Journal, 05 October 2009

Good morning friends! What an active weekend! Between the gym on Thursday morning and Friday night, Wii Active AND Fit AND a 3 mile hike on Saturday, and Wii Active last night, I am feeling the burn! My legs are so sore! I know it's because the Active makes me do lunges and squats which I don't normally do at the gym on my own. Mostly because I'm scared to make my knee hurt worse, but it hasn't been doing too bad so far. I can't WAIT to see what the scale says tomorrow :)

good job sonya-and squats and lunges help build the muscle around your knees-don't be afraid, that will give your lower half a fab shape!!

Yeah, your lower half will be the da bomb babay!!! LOL Trust me, I do more lower half work than I do upper-when I get the chance- and my lower half looks good still!

My biggest problem though is my jelly roll. It's shrinking, mind you, but still quite obviously there. But I know as my body fat percentage goes down, that will go away. I can feel everything started to tighten up.
