don 't know how many carbs that I am supposed to have daily
151.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi ya I find if you pick up a package of what ever food you can see that there is a nutritional advice it usually says average calorie count for us women is 2000 a day BUT this is to keep a stable healthy size if we need to loose the weight we need to have less than this ! good luck your loosing so I don't think you need any help your doing great!
