I was doing SO well and then last week my weight spiked like it wasn't no thang. LOL Good lord. I guess I went a bit off the rails but I don't think I went like 3500 x 8 calories off the rails! Bought a FitBit to hopefully help motivate me to exercise more, also starting figure skating lessons this week for the next couple of months. Hopefully it will help get me back on track to where I was going.
