Getting back to a normal routine may, or may not, be a good thing. Back to work and more time at my desk. Lees active movement yesterday. I'll have to make some adjustments, particularly watching my snacking, to maintain and continue to get to my goal weight. Also restarted our 3-day per week strength training workouts after a six week lapse. More interested in my BF% as it has dropped 1.5% over the last 3 weeks.
