Cold Weather and more desk time? back on the strength training routine. weight is only up a little more than a pound, but body fat is still below 18%. Additional weight could be fluid buildup in the muscles since I am a little sore from the workouts. See you in two weeks.
182.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
