Walnuts and ground flaxseed are constants in my breakfast. Great to see how they compare here in their nutritional profile. Didn’t know peanuts are so protein rich—will use them in salads more.

Agnes I posted something similar last week for dietary lipids. It’s really interesting to see how they compare. They all have a purpose and I will be making a few tweaks. I eat a variety of nuts but this chart shows me I might want to make different daily choices depending on other foods on my plate that day. Goal to see if I can lower saturated fats, increase mono and omega 3.

Unity the protein is good in peanuts ! I don’t choose nuts as a source of protein in my diet. For me it’s the mono , 3, and 6 fats. Going to buy some hazelnuts and pecans because i like the ratios in those but will still keep eating my walnuts, almonds, macadamia, and pistachios. Added chia seeds a few weeks ago.
