OK that's enough weight gain. grrrrrrr.
251.3 lb Lost so far: 78.7 lb.    Still to go: 50.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens to the best of us even doing everthing we are supposed...your are sick with it so just keep with it!! P.s. HIGH FIVE on the miracle whip lol its a constant battle between miracle whip and mayo in my family!!

Thank you. I have been threw a couple of spikes in the last 5 months. Each one started with a fun weekend doing all the stuff I shouldn't do. Boy am I glad I only limit it to once a week now, lol. Any way that's my way of staying sane. On the Miracle Whip just like that commercial you either love it or hate it, and I absolutely love it! I'm so use to the light version I think the regular is just way to potent now. Funny how things change. Besides the weight gain my strength in the gym is still increasing and this is the first day of month number 6.

That is stinking awesome!! I myself feel so much stronger and find that I have so much more endurance in my body combat (its a mixed martial arts class but non combative) class than I did a year ago. I can do high knees now and shuffle instead of walking I can jump kick and all that stuff...its funny how one day you are doing it and its like holy crap!!!
