I work behind a desk... most of the day. I do customer service for a printing company. Just so happens my desk, its in the will call area. Several times a day I have to find, lift and sometimes carry out orders to customers cars. (some people NEED the help i.e. elderly, pregnant. Some do NOT i.e lazy, oblivious, rude) This is often my work out! Seriously though Im gaining muscle in my arm. I just now carried out (with a dolly) EIGHTEEN BOXES WEIGHING CLOSE TO THIRTY POUNDS EACH. The guy picking up, helped... very little. He lifted them from my dolly to his truck. *sigh* all the while making comments like "wow youre going to do that all by yourself? and "gee they really make you work around here." He could have helped! goodness.
I froze my gym account a couple of months ago to save some money. A few day a week I certainly get my work out at work.
