Disappointed as I gained another pound from last week. Suppose to be dropping, not gaining. Going to walk with my buddy from WW tonight. Need to step up the exercise.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi. Just wanted to encourage you to keep going. I've been on WW since 6/14/07 and have lost 55.3 lbs as of yesterday's WI. yes, it's been slow, and I've been losing and gaining the same 5 lbs all year, but at least I'm not 222 lbs anymore! Stepping up the exercise is a good plan. Is TOM coming?(I'm due next week too, before WI unfortunatley). Did you eat alot of high sodium foods? That can cause gains too. Good luck this week.
