Had a delicious breakfast for less than 300 calories and now I feel stuffed, will post it in my food diary, I have totally changed my eating habits, 4 small meals a day instead of going all day on fat, starting to feel much better, am back in the habit of measuring and weighing everything, and if I start craving something sweet, I just have some Diet Ocean spray juice, I am just losing water weight right now, but hey my scales are showing a 5 lb , weight loss from this time a week ago,
