3 low fat meals today with a total calorie count of 1060,going to weigh my self in the morning, and see how much I have lost the past 7 days.

Great job! I have done well with eating today too. Only thing is, I'm having a glass of wine now, which is one of my downfalls. And I'm eating dinner late. Do you only weigh once a week? That's what I usually do, but am thinking maybe I'll try every other day.

Sometimes I will weigh myself every day, but I loved seeing the numbers like they were this morning.
