Core challenge exercises done. Dug out old Tae Bo dvds. That seems to be a little beyond me at the moment. I'd had enough after the warm up. Hard to believe I enjoyed at one time!

they were the days when we had youth on our side. I bet after a couple of weeks of torture you begin to enjoy them again, Good old Billy Banks. I didn't know you were doing a core challenge as well - you must be a gluten for punishment. I will have a press up and squat challenge for you when I get back from my holidays.

fly out to MEXICO on Friday for 2 weeks, finish work mon lunch time so I doubt if I will be training for a couple of weeks. Remind me about the challenges when I get back, it will involve press ups (because you are getting good at them) and the dreaded squats
