I've decided not to fill in my food diary for the next week. Not sure filling in a food diary is actually doing me any good. I think more about food now that I did before. Because I think constantly about food I became a snacker on here whereas I never snacked before.
So just going to fill in the exercise one for a while.

ypou could make your own without going into so much detail. What you would put in is the time you snack, how you felt just before the snack, and what you were doing prior to the snack. It will help you see if there is any trends that are appearing, for instance is there a reason why you snack at a particular time etc

I know that already....boredom. I start to pick at food when I'm bored. I need to fill my time. I'm only working part time at the moment and I need something to do. I'm re-joining the gym. That kept me occupied.

boredom is a killer. So every time you feel bored get off your bum and go for a walk, a double hit of health and fitness
