Had an off day today, but for a very good reason!
I had a job interview today (was made redundant from my last job 6 weeks ago) and it went very very well, they gave me the 2nd interview there and then so I'm hoping that's a good sign!
So, when I say off day, I did not pig out on non Atkins food, I just didn't eat enough. I have put the entire amount of food that I cooked for myself for dinner in my diet calendar but I actually only ate about half of it - the other half is in the microwave if I feel hungry later, but since it's already 10pm here I don't think I'll be having it.
I think the reason was nerves to be honest, my stomach felt quite upset by the time I got home and even though I hadn't eaten a lot before I went to the interview, I just wasn't that hungry. I had to force down half the food on my plate at dinner because I kept telling myself if it's not in there you can't burn it...
Anyway I'm a bit disappointed in myself but not so much as I would have been had I done the opposite and pigged out! And also, I am actually on a bit of a high about the way the interview turned out, just hoping a get a good result from that!
