I think it's day 2 of the "No soda" challenge - - - not doing so well. This "tomorrow is another day" way of thinking isn't cutting it anymore. It's an excuse to let myself cheat. I need to follow "Change your thinking, change your life". Maybe if I plaster it all over the place, the desk, the frig, the car, my wallet...
I need more sleep, or at least that would help. I feel drained and am only getting 6 - 7 hours on average. Maybe that's the first step, but stop the caffeine (soda) much earlier so my brain will stop thinking when I do lay down.
I think the diet today was ok, I just had the soda. Actually probably equalling 20 oz of the stuff, although I had at least that in plain water today...
try again tomorrow. Although it will be a long day at work and already dreading it.
