Today is get serious day, No more cheese cake,summer is over no more over eating high fat food, until Thanskgiving,I have gained 3#, since my last,weigh in and I know it was the diet soda.that caused me storage all the carbs.

Read Dr. Furhmans "End of Dieting" if your totally serious about wanting to change your body and have a better quality of life. It seems like too much to give up the sugar and chemicals but your body is a beautiful thing to take care of. YOU are worth it.
