FRUSTRATION!!!! ok, so we all have our moment's that will trip us up and if we don't figure out how to handel them they will just keep tripping us up... well how the heck am I going to stay away from chocolate while on my period?!? The worst part is I'm not craving it like I used to ( I LOVE SBD!) but yet I still seek it out, and eat it like I'm going to die with out it... WHY!?!
New mini goal- NO CHOCOLATE TODAY!

Carebear allow yourself a small square of dark chocolate and just savour it. It is good for you in moderation. I find that as long as I don't deprive myself completely I feel better.

I'm with chattycathy. A small piece of dark chocolate isn't going to hurt.

that would be great if I could just do a small piece.. I'm not good at moderation.. well I'm a work in progress.. LOL!

I know what you mean. If we didn't have a problem with moderation then we won't be in the positions that we are in.

Amem chinaeure! I'm learning to be better, but chacolate is just too good from me to "forget" that I'm on a diet and binge big!!

I know. I had to fight the battle last week unfournately I lost. I ate a whole hersey milk chocolate bar with chunky peanut butter smeared on top. The bad thing was I waited untill my hubby went to sleep & snuck my chocolate. That's just sad I know but I just couldn't fight the craving anymore. If I was smart I would of just ate a square but me with the poor portion control just had to eat it all. I think that's why I only lost 2 pounds that week.

Everyone caves occasionally. I'm a firm believer that if you are really having a craving indulge but only a little. I know with me if I don't treat myself I end up eating everything else in the house to substitute my craving.
