The sudden weight loss is certainly not from the 2,000 kcals I consumed yesterday from going out to dinner and a football game. It must be from what I've done the rest of the week, averaging 1180 kcals per day, and increased activity after recovering from a respiratory illness.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
