I figured now was as good a time as any to record my challenge achievements, rather than being late and having it posted to tomorrows. Time flew by today most of my busy stuff happens when the kids go to bed. I am down another pound rather than going back up again like I have been so that makes me feel better. I know weight won't show as much as inches but the scale helps my motivation too.
