for my first week I was pretty good until I helped my best friend paint his house this weekend and we ate out twice(because he was paying). Overall I lost 1.8 pounds which is good as a long term goal!!!!
201.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
