Happy painful Monday FS fam! My plantar fasciitis is getting better and now quads are a bit sore. Good thing is at least I know muscle-wise I'm doing ok since I'm not too sore. I missed my climbing day yesterday since I was hobbling around. Hopefully today I will be able to get on my spin bike for an hour.
Glad we have a long weekend coming up soon. Hopefully I can do some kayaking and give my feet a break but still be outside.
