Happy painful Monday FS fam! My plantar fasciitis is getting better and now quads are a bit sore. Good thing is at least I know muscle-wise I'm doing ok since I'm not too sore. I missed my climbing day yesterday since I was hobbling around. Hopefully today I will be able to get on my spin bike for an hour.

Glad we have a long weekend coming up soon. Hopefully I can do some kayaking and give my feet a break but still be outside.

My elbows are playing up.......golfers elbow as opposed to tennis. So planning to spend as much time as possible this weekend strapped to my TENS machine!
