whoa! In March I was 10 pounds lighter :( I'm so disapointed in myself. The kids all start college in 2 weeks. August 22, our first day as "empty nesters". So looking forward to it. Hoping to make that day 1 of something, I don't know if it will be diet or excercise or both... it seems I can't stick to anything I try.
how many times have I given up the soda - and for decent lengths of time too! but yet, it's back as a regular item in my diet. Maybe when the kids are gone, I will be more apt to stick a schedule/menu I create around my up & down work schedule. I won't have to worry about who's home for supper or waking anybody up with some loud excercise music music.
At this point, I think I will be heading back to just "common sense" eating and walking. That's when I felt the best and I seemed to be losing regularly.
