Not really following the Carb Addict's Diet, but it is the closest to what I am really following. I am weighing and measuring my food daily in an effort to bring control back into my life. I had to adjust to this new procedure and pace, but less than a month into this approach I know this is a way of life for me. No flours, no sugar or any artificial sweeteners. Just wholesome real foods. It is amazing how much better food tastes when you strip away all the artificial sweeteners in life. So, all in all, in 28 days I've lost 11 pounds, gone down a clothing size, and completely cured my insomnia!
