I just weighted myself for the challenges. 4 lbs lost in 4 days. That's great! I haven't excercised or got around since early this morning because of a horrible stomach ache (possibly from milk? We'll see...).
For this upcoming week: MORE EXERCISE!! I need to push more than what I have been. If I commit myself 110% I'll be able to keep up this weight loss.
