I have had 3 good diet days in a row! Wow, I am on a roll. Getting back into it was hard, but 3 days later, I don't want to mess up and fall off the wagon again. I am a lot happier when I am eating right. Rockiesfan said it would be so easy to quit trying and get fat again, and he is right, but it serves no purpose to think that way. I would love to be one of those people who can eat anything and still stay thin. Unfortunately I am not. Thank goodness I have this site to keep the motivation alive.
