In order to lose 1 kg, you need to reduce the calorie intake for 7,000 kcal, apparently. According to this site, I am cutting down 700 kcal a day (difference between food and exercise), so I should lose 1 kilo in 10 days!
It is day 8, so in 2 days time, my weight should be 65 kg-ish! I really want to see 64.9 kg soon...

You surely know that it doesn't work like that! If you cut calories too much you will just lose water weight, not fat.

Don't try and go too fast too quickly - I was losing about 1lb a week on 1600 calories when I weighed 155lbs
but eating less, regualrly, over time does work, I'm 140lbs now :-) Good Luck

Thank you Tatmummy, yeah I agree, eat less and do some exercise is good! I am checking my body fat contents too, which is very slowly going down now I do some swimming. I would like to meet my target weight eventually!
