Morning exercise
Bike: 8 miles, 14-15.5 mph, 7 resistance, 35 min

I am going to try to get 20 minutes of yoga in before my day gets going.
I am going to see my mother today and let her see the house and I will need all the relaxation I can get after dealing with her yesterday!!
Hopefully all will go well but you never know.
Anyways, I got up early today to get my biking in and I am glad I did. If only I could get up early every day.
I used to and then after having a hard time sleeping for a few weeks I got used to sleeping in but I need to get up b/c it makes my day so much better.

I wish I could do the early mornings too...but bf does not get up for work till 10:30, that means I am in bed at 10:45...have to be up for 6:30 to get to work..I have tried getting up at 6 to try and do 20 min workout and then shower..but it is just not enough sleep. Maybe once I get off this depo shot.
