Had an unfortunate mood swing this evening that led to some binge eating. I didn't eat any carbs as I'm on a keto diet, but I'm sure I ate way too many calories. Oy vay. Only 3 days into getting back on track after a bad food weekend and I'm already being bad. Seems my bad habits are taking back over.
