had a good practice. got a little sloppy towards the end mostly because i was tired. but i didn't quit, so that's a plus. for a two hour roller derby practice i give myself an hour of skating since it's not non-stop. we do some cardio at the beginning, stretch, do drills for a bit, scrimmage, and stretch at the end... with a couple breaks in between. does that seem reasonable? an hour of skating is twelve activity points.

i've got some 13ish points left to eat today. not quite sure what i'm going to do with them. i'm not really hungry as my body is chuck full of g2 and water. but i should probably cook up a chicken breast and some vegetables. i don't want my metabolism to slow, and i definitely don't want atrophy in my muscles.

ugh. i'm so 'blech' today. it shows in my attitude and energy levels. sigh, but tomorrow's another day.
