thank goodness i have practice tonight. i need the activity points.
i'm not sure what's going on with me but i want to eat everything that isn't nailed down! and i've been this way since last thursday! i mean, i told myself it was okay to be bad for my birthday... and i was. but now, the birthday's over and i'm supposed to be back on track as of monday. here it is thursday, and i'm still not back on the horse!
gah!, guess that means i'm going to have to exercise some real self-discipline this weekend so i don't have another bad weigh in on monday.
