i blame the panera binge on sunday. and / or the juicy burger earlier in the week.

i'm realizing it's very difficult to track all of my info in two different places... so i'm going to log what i eat into ww etools and put my exercise there as well. i'll track weight and journal here though (i haven't figured out quite what i'm doing with those features on ww)...
anywho, do you folks have any input as to why you'd pick using fs over ww's etools? fs is free, and i'm paying for ww... i get that. but outside of money, why do you think one is better than the other?

i went to my doctor this morning for a follow up to my annual exam, and they weighed me. i'm down a solid 18 lbs since my last appointment which was about 2.5 months ago. that's nearly 5 full lbs than more than ww gives me credit for losing.
it makes me feel so good to know that all of my effort is really paying off. here's to staying on track!

long time, no login. that's okay though... at least i think so. :)
i had a great weekend up north at a friend's lake house and didn't have cell service, cable, or internet. but what a great weekend it was! great friends, campfires, swimming, and a boat ride around the lake. very relaxing.
it was tough, but i did my best to stick to my guns diet-wise. my friend's mother sent us upstate with a pan of brownies, lasagna, italian bread, etc.. i couldn't say no entirely, so exercised the best portion control i could manage and turned out to still have a loss for my six day week. hooray!
