I made it to over 6,000 steps yesterday. I could've made it to 10,000 but I started with the excuses again. "I'm tired", "it's hot", "my phone's not charged enough", "I just want to sit on the couch and watch Grey's Anatomy and eat Otter Pops" They list goes on... lol!! But I didn't sit there and eat Otter Pops or anything else. I just relaxed, enjoy doing nothing for a bit and relished the quiet time without the kids.
