I refuse to weigh in yet. I didn't workout yesterday but I did move heavy furniture for substantial amount of time so I figure that was something. I guess it was a nice rest for my body. I plan on doing some lower body and abs today. Overall, I have been really happy with myself with how I have been eating. Ive been eating better. Made great choices. Ive only had water for 9 days. That is a huge deal for me. I use to detest water and thought it was boring. Now I can not get enough of it. I can easily drink 9 bottles a day. And so the day begins....

You are certainly heading in the right direction. Moving heavy furniture is definitely a workout! As for the water, I've found adding a slice of lime, lemon, or even orange, gives it just enough flavor to keep from getting boring. Doing great and you're body will thank you for it!

Drinking to much is just a mater of depleating electrolytes(not Gatorade). The minimum a person is the drink is a 1/2 gallon. 9 bottles is just over a gallon just fine for an active person who is eating enough. Most people are in some level of dehydration.
