Had a bad bout of giardia this week, so I'm on a very bland diet for a few days. Salty corn chips got me through the worst and now plain rice and some tea to stave off the caffeine withdrawal. The weather's changing and we've got a heat wave and my allergies have gone off badly.
Will try normal food tomorrow. Fingers crossed the guard is gone for good. Can't push these things.
