Took an active vacation - did a lot of climbing and hiking and a lot of eating. Weight maintained itself but I didn't bother with journaling. Just needed a break. My weight hasn't shifted from 120 for months. It seems like this might be a happy place. At the very least, I need some kind of big change to push off this plateau. Very low cal doesn't do squat for me; increased activity just makes me hungrier. So, yeah, this might be my resting place for a while. That having been said, having trouble feeling motivated to use this tool right now. Just need a break from the constant counting. I'll come back to it in the future, I'm sure, whether it's because I've gained or because I'm finally able to make a big lifestyle change and want to track it. For now, FS, you shall have to take a backseat.
