hrodgers's Journal, 21 June 2015

Things have been going really well. I know when I can stick to a schedule or routine it is much easier to stay on track. Well my routine is about to be majorly interrupted. I am driving 13 hours to my fiances house (I haven't seen him in 6 weeks). Then together we are driving to Canada (a 20+ hour drive)for him to meet my family. I will be in Canada for a little over a week. My family loves food(like me) so staying on track will be tough. I have made a list of healthy snacks that I will pack for the road trip to avoid fast food stops and I have arranged the meal for our first night there to ensure that it has healthy food. I am hoping to log my food when I am there in an effort to stay on track, I have told my family that I am trying to be healthy. I CAN do this.

You can stick to your plan but don't let that desire overshadow what promises to be a special week. I wish you a great time!

Have a great trip - and plan ahead - perhaps eat two of three meals a day on track and continue drinking lots of water to balance out the third meal where yu allow indulgence.
