GGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!! And I still have one more week before I go on Vacation, so I will be under my 99lb goal, by Friday.

I weighed early because I had an appointment with my Doc. I went into weigh and I did a happy dance.

299.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb. Still to go: 119.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.5 lb a week
