I checked my diet journal for today and wow, sodium adds up fast. The ham Salad I had, was home made so maybe the sodium was not as high!! I mixed a hard boiled in it so that would cut down on the sodium from the ham per serving. I do not post my weight everyday although I do check it daily, today is 2 lbs down from a couple days ago. Pretty sure I am still losing water weight. I feel a big difference health wise, knees do not hurt as much and my back has not been hurting at all!
