I havent started exercising just yet, im new at this. But the first thing is if i have an option of taking elevator or stairs, i take the stairs. If i had the option of driving my son to the park or walking cause it is around the block, i walk. But i did join the challenge that starts on mon the 24th. So im supper excited about that.
